New Conflicts of Interest and Commitment Disclosure System Now Online

Faculty and staff required to make annual conflict of interest and/or commitment disclosures are asked to complete them by July 15, 2020, using the University’s new MyDisclosures system. The roll out of the new online system was paused due to COVID-19-related activity ramp-down, but has restarted and is now accepting the submissions.

Keep an eye on your inbox for emails from MyDisclosures [at] pitt.edu (My). Those required to disclose will receive a direct link to their form from the system.

MyDisclosures, the University’s new system for online reporting and review of conflicts creates a standardized process for reporting and reviewing conflicts, and replaces Pitt’s previous paper-based system. The new platform should be easier to understand and use and conforms with the University’s conflict-related polices, as well as federal funding requirements.
